Five numbers, once a week, in about five minutes. You type in the week's counts and the sheet does the rest, including the rates, the trend, and a chart. It's modeled on the weekly scorecard I built for a restoration company, rebuilt from scratch so it contains no client data.
What's inside
- A weekly log with the rates calculated for you
- A "this week" view with change versus last week
- A trend chart
- Instructions and where each number comes from

Set it up
- Delete the sample rows in the Weekly tab. They're marked as sample data.
- Each Monday, add one row for the week that just ended: leads, estimates sent, jobs won, revenue, and open invoices.
- Open the This week tab to read the result, and the chart to see the trend.
Pull the counts from wherever they already live: your field software, your CRM, or your invoice list. The goal is a consistent weekly habit, not a perfect number.
Using it in Google Sheets
- Download the file, then drag it into your Google Drive.
- Right-click it and choose Open with, then Google Sheets.
- Use File, then Save as Google Sheets so you have an editable copy.
It works the same in Excel. The numbers in the preview above are made-up sample data, there only to show what the sheet looks like when it's in use.
